Contrary to the obvious picks, I actually went with Jahri Evans and Jabari Greer as my respective most performing offensive and defensive players of the first half of the season. While Brees and Sharper have both been fantastic and have gotten the lion share of the media attention that follows the Saints’ improbable 8-0 start, my grades and the numbers don’t lie.
