The first area city to feel the brunt of a prolonged work stoppage would be Anderson, site of the Colts’ training camp at Anderson University.
Anderson officials are paying special attention to the labor problems, but “everybody’s planning on the Colts coming back,” City Councilman Art Pepelea said. “We have to assume they’re coming. We can’t be caught with our pants down. I’m optimistic they’re going to get it done.”
