Many Bucs fan were shocked to see Leonard Johnson listed as the starting corner when the 2013 depth chart was released. Fans could just see the name TOAST applied to Johnson at some point before October!
Truth is, Johnson has impressed Bucs coaches, but the real starting corner will have to earn his spot on the roster, and that is what the Bucs are doing with Johnthan Banks.
In this day and age, you dont draft a player in the top two rounds without intents to start him and see what he has to offer you on game day. But in the past, too many players have been given the reigns without earning them. Kudos to the Bucs.
