Now that pitchers and catchers are in camp and we are past the first round of welcome back interviews, it is time to see some baseball action. Here are a few dates of note:
March 3– Red Sox take on Northeastern at 1:05 and B.C. at 6:05. The B.C. game will be on NESN
March 4– First full squad game vs the Twins. The Red Sox will also play the Twins in their first game at Target Field
March11– The Sox will take on the Mets and get to see Jason Bay on the other side.
March 30– The Red Sox play an away game against the Rays that will be broadcast nationaly on ESPN at 1:05
April 1– Another ESPN game, this one against the Twins in Fort Myers at 1:05
April 3– Last exhibition game of the spring against the Nationals in D.C.
The Red Sox do not play the Yankees this spring before playing against them on opening night April 4 in Fenway Park.
