The Red Sox have signed left-handed relief pitcher Scott Schoenweis. He had an ERA of 7.12 with the D-backs last season and has a career ERA of 4.97 in eleven major league seasons. Schoenweis had been released by the Brewers on Tuesday. Earlier in the day the Red Sox released lefty Brian Shouse.
