The Red Sox met with Carl Crawford and his agent in Houston today and they are going to meet with Scott Boras tomorrow to inquire about Jayson Werth and Adrian Beltre according to Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports. With V-Mart gone and the bridge year in the past the Sox are going to be big players in this market. The winter meetings start next week in Orlando. Stay tuned to Fenway West for updates.
