Dallas had a 9 point lead in the first quarter… it was a great start that made you wonder if the Game 1 win was the beginning of a wave of momentum that would be too much for the young Thunder.
Then this happened.
OKC closed the gap to 5 to end the first, took a 2 point lead into halftime, and ultimately won the game by 6 to even the series at 1.
Brendan Haywood, meanwhile, was so traumatized… he winced and yelped at the site of any blue shirts… which was unfortunate considering that's what they handed out to fans pre-game.
It…. it wasn't pretty.
