This week, Los Angeles Rams cut defensive lineman Eugene Sims to clear cap space in order to land some top free agents. In a very classy response, Sims shared a warm thank you to the city of Los Angeles.
This was a sign of how mature Sims is, and how much he meant to the Rams franchise. In his career with the Rams, Sims played 99 games for the Rams, with totaling 111 tackles, 12 sacks and 2 interceptions.
Thank you for the memories Sims, we wish you nothing but the best. Hopefully you land with a team that will treat you with the same respect you gave us Rams fans.
