Doc Rivers had surgery today to remove a non-cancerous growth from this throat. Doc is under orders not to speak for two weeks:

Please everybody pray for my dad ad he just got done with his surgery today on his throat! Hope he recovers okay!!
Back in October, Doc had a procedure to relieve pressure on his vocal cords. If only the guys would listen, he could just stop yelling.
