For the third straight week the top tier of our poll stayed relatively stable. The largest jump of the week was 9 spots as the Michigan State Spartans rose quickly after their win over Michigan. The largest drop of the week belonged to Illinois as they fell 9 spots after losing to Ohio State. Washington was the only new team in the poll but three teams dropped out due to the three team tie we had at #25 last week.
