Brock wants Peyton

He’s going to end up getting a fistfull of air

A chance to hit the four-time NFL MVP, something he never could do in practice while with the Colts, was among Brock’s first thoughts.

“I can finally touch him,” Brock told Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean with a smile. “I will definitely be trying to get a hit on him.”

Brock, who started 103 of 120 games for the Colts, registered 28.5 sacks during a career in which he started extensively at both tackle and end. He preferred end but was valuable to the Colts for his versatility and durability for nearly a decade.

Titans coach Jeff Fisher said Brock will play solely end for Tennessee.
According to Wyatt, Brock asked for his release from the Colts in March “because he wasn’t getting the pass-rushing opportunities he wanted on third down because of Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis.” Freeney and Mathis each made the Pro Bowl each of the last two seasons.
