Week 6 has rolled around, and that means another Blog Poll and Bloguin Heisman day. We start with the Blog Poll.
I had some trouble ranking half the teams this week. Alabama was clearly 1. I was impressed with Oregon’s domination of Stanford after falling behind 21-3, so I switched them with OSU, who I wasn’t impressed with against Illinois. Oklahoma takes the top spot in the next 5 with their win over Texas, who I dropped out. I moved Auburn up to 8 due to another impressive win. Arizona and Utah make big jumps after Wisconsin, Florida and Stanford drop to 24, 20 and 15 respectively. Michigan State pretty much rolled Wisconsin, so I moved them up 7 spots. I have Iowa at 14 because I’m not sold on Michigan enough to move them into the top 15.
If you have any thoughts on what I should do with the poll, let me know and I’ll make changes. After all, the blog poll is a true poll of the people. I may be the one who dances on the poll, but it takes people to clean it between shows. Be those people.
