Bill Lee was interviewed by Kevin Kernan of the NY Post over the weekend and he had some interesting things to say about how David Ortiz ended his power drought earlier this season:
“I design my own bats, and I get the wood to Nokona and they make it for Big Papi…We kind of changed a little of the dimensions to help him with his swing this year”
The Spaceman joined Nokona and is working to turn them into a “green” company. Now if we could only get him to do something to Tek’s bat.
