Here’s some good injury news for your Saturday. Alexander Steen is skating again. Steen was placed on the IR back on December 28th due to a concussion he suffered from a collection of hits sustained on December 16th, 19th and 21st.
Steen skated before the team’s practice on Saturday, but hasn’t resumed skating with his teammates.

Positive news, but it’s important to remember there still isn’t a timetable for Steen and he remains out indefinitely. Concussions can be pretty finicky, so while it’s awesome to hear Steen is skating, it doesn’t mean a return is right around the corner.
