Jon Jones had long been waiting for a true "fight"; someone to truly test him in a fight and drag him into deep water. Enter The Mauler, Alexander Gustafsson, who at UFC 165 gave the champ all that he could handle over 25 minutes, battering and bruising him along the way. And while the final result was a unanimous decision for Jones, a new rivalry and a true threat to the champ's reign was born in the cage that night.
