Finally today, I’m going to talk about something important: the Dinger. And, even better than just one dinger: dingers, as in more than one. Because, you see, it is, in my opinion, the best synonym for “home run”.
Maybe it’s because it’s fun to say.
Maybe it’s because it calls to mind the ringing of a bell or the sound of a little league bat.
