Jamie Moyer played 108 years in the Major Leagues, but, somehow, I’m guessing nothing could have prepared him for what happened Friday.
The 269-game winner was at Disneyland with his family when the unthinkable happened.

According to the theme park’s spokeswoman Suzi Brown, the ride, California Screamin’, was shut down for an hour and no guests were stuck for longer than thirty minutes. She also claims that the ride stopped automatically due to a minor mechanical issue…a standard safety procedure.
Suuuuure.
It would appear the Moyer crew kept a sense of humor about the whole thing.

And, naturally, when it was all resolved, they did what everyone would do…they got back on the rides!
