See what I did there?
Still don’t know what Twitter Tuesday is? Don’t waste Google’s time…click the link.
On the heels of long weekend cookouts comes a chatter chock full of food references. Once again proving that baseball might not always be the first thing on the minds of some former and current ballplayers.

str8edgeracer: already thinking about tomorrow’s raisin bran crunch breakfast…half off day, half travel day. going to find a crabby dinner in baltimore
And back by popular demand…more of CJNitkowski and his Korean adventures. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you’re not following him already…please start.
“I was really thirsty & I opened my room door. Standing there was a hotel employee with 2 bottles of water.”
“Was able to confirm what i already thought to be true at karaoke last night, if Jon Bon Jovi retires I would be a suitable replacement.”
“For the first time in my career I am in a hotel room that does not have an outlet in the bathroom.”
When Hall of Fame broadcaster Ernie Harwell announced this past week that he had inoperable cancer I was compelled to bang out some thoughts here at The Hall…apparently some others took to Twitter.
GreggHenson: Ernie Harwell is the most gracious man I have ever experienced. http://bit.ly/UdbCW
Willardradio: Ernie Harwell will be gone soon. Let’s celebrate him while we still have him.
D1ane: so SAD to hear Ernie Harwell is sick……he’s truly a class act, he’ll be in my prayers. Get well Ernie.
sportsgalore09: I’m very sad to hear Ernie Harwell has cancer. He was and will always be my favorite announcer of all-time.
IslandBoyBob: Say a prayer for Ernie Harwell, 91 yrs old, voice of Detroit Tigers for 50 yrs or so, retired 7 yrs ago. He has inoperable cancer.
lorenzo_A: Someone, somewhere said this stick and ball thing could be a game… But it was God who said, “… only if Ernie Harwell broadcasts it.”

And since I am a huge advocate of reciprocation, I have to again remind everyone of my good friend FCPDavidAllan. David did a radio show this past week and also plugged The Hall a couple of times…please check out what he’s all about over at Full Count Pitch.
Have someone you think everyone should follow? Perhaps you yourself have read some interesting tweets in the past week…drop me a line or leave a comment below.
See you next Tuesday!
