The Celtics handled the Warriors last week behind strong performances from Rajon Rondo and Kevin Garnett. This was the game Perk injured his knee. A couple of notes from that game: Monta Ellis did very little (15 points, 6-18 FG) and the Celtics bench was weak.

This time

Get it to: Rondo

Golden State loves to push the pace. Fortunately, the Celtics can counter with Rajon Rondo. The stats prove he thrives (22 ppg, 14 apg in last 3 games) vs GSW. I also see no reason why the Celtics shouldn't routinely feed Kevin Garnett. Why stop now?

Gotta stop: Monta Ellis

I dont' care that he's ice cold (17 ppg, 36% FG) since the All-Star break and hurting (sore wrist), Ellis remains the most dangerous player on the Warriors team. Rondo and Ray need to keep him from penetrating and kicking to sharpshooters Stephen Curry and Dorell Wright.

The Wild Card: Celtics reserves

Glen Davis' knee injury leaves the Celtics bench even thinner. How will they respond following the disasterous second half vs the Suns? It's possible Doc Rivers will mix-and-match his starters with the reserves to avoid having Avery Bradley, Von Wafer, Jeff Green and Troy Murphy on the floor at the same time.
