This was highlighted earlier… Corey Brewer appears to be going to Dallas. The C's simply could not compete with the money Dallas had to offer. Any one thinking the C's can claim Brewer with the trade exception from the Marquis Daniels deal… forget it. Brewer makes $3.7 million… the exception is more than a million bucks short of that.
Meanwhile… what the hell is New York's issue? They insist on Corey Brewer in the Carmelo deal… get him… then buy him out. And then a contending team swoops in and gives him a multi-year deal. I'm not saying Brewer is an amazing player or anything… but it just highlights the buffonery in New York.
So…. where did we put Sasha Pavlovic's number?
