It’s Not Too Late To Rally Against Cancer with Clay Buchholz and @TheJimmyFund

I know Opening Day is only a few days away, but it’s not the only important event coming up in the next week.  This upcoming Tuesday, April 6th is The Jimmy Fund’s Rally Against Cancer.  I’ve been a long time fan and supporter of anything and everything that The Jimmy Fund does.  Every dollar raised makes a difference in the lives of those suffering with cancer.  I donate to their organization with every chance I get.

So, what is Rally Against Cancer? It’s a simple and easy way to support the charity.  The official spokesperson of the charity this year is our very own, Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz.

To get involved, you donate $5 or hopefully more to the Jimmy Fund by starting or joining a Rally Team.  Not only does your donation go to a great cause, but you have a chance of winning Sox hats, tickets or even an in-person visit from one of my favorite pitchers Clay Buchholz.

Don’t want to start your own team and don’t know of a team to join, but still want to help?  No problem.  Clay Buchholz’s wife, Lindsay has created a team and invited anyone and everyone to join and donate.  So, click away and donate your dollars to one of the best charities out there.

I joined Lindsay’s Team, I hope you do as well.
