When is David Ortiz Going to be Big Papi?

With all of the late heroics last night it was easy to forget about how bad Ortiz was at the plate. Twice he came up in critical situations and twice he failed to deliver. Big Papi had 4 K’s last night and is now hitting .215 with only 5 extra base hits and no home runs. He is not usually a slow starter so it is time to worry about his bat.

Yesterday David Ortiz joined twitter but his account was eerily quiet after the game.
