
The biggest complaint from the taste tester was those corn tortillas. They were a little too big, and a little too charred, but I think they worked pretty well as a bottom crust. I put a lot of cheese on there as well, which was clutch, as it held everything together. Cheese and beans is a hard to beat combination.
One last observation… when I cook with garlic, my hands always smell like garlic. I think that’s tremendous.
