Chris: 31-17, Pats: I think this game will be closer than week four. But seriously, I do. Unless Dave Wannstedt is seriously the worst defensive coordinator ever, Wes Welker and the running game won't be as dominant as they were in Buffalo. I'm not certain that the Bills have the ability to run with the Pats, but I think they can keep this one slightly more respectable. I still think the Bills drop to 3-6 after Sunday.
Jason G: 38 – 16, Patriots- Anyone else think it's reeeeeeeeeeeeeeal possible that the Bills are staring 3-8 in the face? Excelsior!
Frank: 31-16, Patriots- While I do think that Buffalo has a slight chance in this one, it's hard to beat good teams with a Pop Warner offense and a defense that gave up weeks ago.
Mike Tracz: Patriots 3498754982348, Bills 7 – Fun stats: since their last victory in Foxborough on December 26th, 1999, the Bills have changed starting quarterbacks seven times, hired four different head coaches, and won three of the next 25 games against New England. That was also two U.S. presidents and one Patriots stadium ago. Why am I telling you this? I don't know. Someone pass the tequila.
Michael Necci: Pats 28.6 Bills 15.3 – I picked that score because that is the average score Tom Brady has beaten the Buffalo Bills by since 2001. Remember, Brady missed the entire 2008 season. The Patriots with Tom Brady have outscored the Bills 601 – 322. He is 19-2 all time vs Buffalo. In 2008, Matt Cassell beat the Bills both times, so, Belichick since 2001 is 21-2 vs Buffalo. TWENTY ONE WINS TWO LOSSES. New England has NEVER lost to Buffalo in Gillette Stadium. This during a time when the NFL is parity driven and every team has made the playoffs, except the Bills. The Bills right now at 3-5 are still alive for the playoffs. Their season is on the line Sunday. They lose Sunday, they fall to 0-3 in the division with a solid Miami team coming to town on quick turn around Thursday Night. I told this to Nick Mendola on twitter on Sunday before the Texans game: If this team ever wants to get serious about making the playoffs, it needs to start winning division games. Until that happens, I don't wanna hear any playoff talk. The Bills will probably keep it close, but I just don't trust them to snap the Gillette Stadium losing streak. Patriots at home, off the bye against a mentally soft Bills team? Patriots could hang 40+ again. Hey Bills fans: Remember when Arizona won in New England 2 months ago? Maybe that will make you BILL-IEVE… /rolls eyes.
Alex Jank: 35-13, Pats- Spiller: 7 carries, 82 yards.
Aaron Garland:31-27, Bills- Ya know what, why the hell not? Spiller runs wild and they pull it off.
Alex: 28-21, Bills- Because I'll look like a genius if I'm right. And I still hate the Patriots.
Brandon: 38-23, Bills- Let's chalk this one up in the 'L' column and move on to next week. The Bills haven't won in Foxboro since… well, ever. If the Bills' atrocious defense keys in on stopping the run game that torched them for 200-plus yards back in Week 4, Tom Brady will throw seven touchdowns. It doesn't look good any way you slice it for the Bills. Here's a crazy stat: Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown just one touchdown less than Brady this season. Of course, I'm sure Fitz and the offense will have plenty of time to rack up some more garbage time stats after this one is over heading into halftime.
Joe: 52-21, Pats: The 2nd time around against the Pats normally means a blow out. The Bills have lost by an average of 22 points when they meet the Pats the 2nd time. The secondary -which has been a disaster- is now battling injuries. Leodis McKelvin as your 2nd corner? Shoot me. In their last 3 meetings, the Pats have had a WR or a RB go over 100 yards eight times. Plus, Aaron Hernadez will probably be back (Missed the earlier season matchup) and he killed the Bills in the season finale last year ( 7 for 138 and a touchdown). Oh, BTW, Fitz has 15 interceptions in his last five games against New England. It is going to be ugly.
